Bring the Wild Alive  One or more of Lowcountry Raptors education birds will visit your classroom, outdoor school, summer camp or SC State or National Park. A 30-35 minute presentation will be given on topics such as raptors, owls, predators and their prey, life cycles, birds, form and function, or an introduction to raptor rehabilitation.

Raptor visits are offered year round!! Please call regarding availability for spring indoor programs for your group. Summer camps or other events during the summer season must be held in a shaded or cool, indoor location.

Programs are limited to 32 students maximum, in a classroom or library where the acoustics are good, but larger groups can be accommodated.  The classroom or organization can request specific birds of prey for a program.

Be creative! A visit from one of our birds can be a perfect complement to a reading class (lots of books on owls, falcons, hawks!), a science class, an art class, or more! To see what types of raptors are available, click on the Resident Birds link.
